A Connecticut Notice of Appeal Transcript Order is a document used to request a transcript of the oral arguments and hearings held in Connecticut Appellate Court. This document must be filed by the appellant (the party bringing forward the appeal) in order to obtain a transcript of the proceedings. There are two types of Connecticut Notice of Appeal Transcript Order: an Original Transcript Order and a Copy Transcript Order. An Original Transcript Order is used to request a transcript that will be filed with the court upon completion. A Copy Transcript Order is used to request a transcript for the appellant’s use only, and does not need to be filed with the court.
