Oklahoma White Verdict Form, Comparative, Two Defendants is a special form used in comparative negligence cases involving two defendants. This form is used by the jury to determine the percentage of negligence for each defendant. It is composed of two columns, one for each defendant. The jury is responsible for assign percentages to each defendant in each column, and the total of the two columns must equal 100%. Once the verdict form is completed, the court will use it to determine the apportionment of damages among the defendants. This form is specific to the state of Oklahoma.
