New York Certification of Signature (Judge) is a form of authentication for a document or signature in the state of New York. It is a sworn statement given by a public official, such as a judge, attesting to the authenticity of the signature on the document in question. This type of certification is often used for legal documents, such as contracts, deeds, and powers of attorney. There are two types of New York Certification of Signature (Judge): single-person certification and multi-person certification. In single-person certification, a judge will certify that the signature of a single individual has been authenticated. In multi-person certification, a judge will certify that the signatures of two or more individuals have been authenticated.
