New York Revocation of Authorization for Electronic Filing — Individual Attorney is a form issued by the New York State Unified Court System that allows a lawyer to revoke their authorization to file documents electronically through the New York State Courts Electronic Filing (NYSE) system. This form grants permission for the individual lawyer to stop using the NYSE system and to file documents with the court in paper form. There are two types of New York Revocation of Authorization for Electronic Filing — Individual Attorney: one for attorneys who are registered as users of NYSE, and one for attorneys who are not registered as users of NYSE.
