A Nevada Statement of Change by Commercial Registered Agent is a document that businesses registered with the Secretary of State’s office in Nevada are required to file in order to update the information listed on their business registration. It is used to make changes to the registered agent’s name and address, the business’s name and address, or both. It must be signed by a Nevada commercial registered agent and filed with the Secretary of State’s office. There are two types of Nevada Statement of Change By Commercial Registered Agent: the original and the amendment. The original document is used to make updates to either the business’s name and address or the registered agent’s name and address, while the amendment is used to make corrections to information previously submitted in an original statement.
