The court can issue this order if they have determined that the child is in imminent danger of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and that there are no other suitable alternatives. The order can either be issued for a temporary period of time or for an indefinite period of time. There are two types of Nebraska Protective Custody Findings And Order: 1.
