An Amended Nebraska Effective Financing Statement is a legal document that is filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State to modify the terms of an existing security interest in personal property or fixtures. It is used to amend or change an already existing Nebraska effective financing statement. There are two types of Amended Nebraska Effective Financing Statements: Amended Nebraska UCC-1 Financing Statement and Amended Nebraska UCC-3 Financing Statement. An Amended Nebraska UCC-1 Financing Statement is used to modify the terms of an existing security interest in personal property or fixtures. It is used to make changes to a previously filed Nebraska UCC-1 Financing Statement, such as changing the debtor's name or address, adding new collateral, or changing the secured party's name or address. An Amended Nebraska UCC-3 Financing Statement is used to terminate an already existing Nebraska UCC-1 Financing Statement. It is used to rescind or release the security interest in personal property or fixtures that was previously established in a Nebraska UCC-1 Financing Statement.
