LB 2090-4(c)] is a form used by a temporary attorney who is withdrawing as counsel for a debtor but with no change in the original attorney for debtor(s). This form must be signed by both the temporary attorney and the debtor, and should be filed with the court. It should include the name of the debtor, the title of the case, and the attorney's name and contact information. There are two types of Montana Mont. LBF 2. The voluntary withdrawal is used when the temporary attorney voluntarily withdraws from the case and the involuntary withdrawal is used when the temporary attorney is removed from the case by the court.
