Montana Mont. LBF 3. ATTORNEY RETENTION AGREEMENT (CHAPTER 7) [MONT. LB 2014-2(a)] is a type of agreement used by attorneys in Montana to retain a bankruptcy attorney to represent an individual or business in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case.
