Minnesota Earnings Execution Disclosure for Child Support Judgments (EEC) is a form used to notify employers of the income assignment or wage garnishment order of a court. This form is used to collect child support for parents who are unable to meet their financial responsibilities to their children. The EEC form is designed to ensure that employers comply with the court's order and that wages are withheld from the employee's paycheck in compliance with the order. There are two types of Minnesota Earnings Execution Disclosure for Child Support Judgments: Regular and Immediate. Regular EEC is used when the employer is aware of the court's order and the employee's wages are being withheld according to the court's order. Immediate EEC is used when the employer is unaware of the court's order and the employee's wages must be immediately withheld in accordance with the court's order.
