The Kentucky CJA 20-30 In-Court Worksheet is a form used by the Commonwealth of Kentucky to document the services provided to court-appointed counsel in criminal cases. The worksheet is divided into three sections: the first section records the services provided and the second section records the amount of compensation due. The third section records the total amount of compensation due to the attorney. The worksheet is used to calculate the payment due to the attorney for services rendered in the criminal case. There are two different types of Kentucky CJA 20-30 In-Court Worksheets — one for services rendered in a jury trial and one for services rendered in a non-jury trial.
