The Kentucky Exhibit and Witness List — Continuation is a legal form used in the state of Kentucky. It is used when a court case has been continued, and the parties to the action need to list the exhibits and witnesses that will be produced and/or called to testify at the new trial date. The form includes sections for the Plaintiff and Defendant to list the exhibits and witnesses they plan to introduce at the trial. The Plaintiff and Defendant can also list any additional exhibits and witnesses that may be called to testify. There are two types of Kentucky Exhibit and Witness List — Continuation: one for cases from the Circuit Court and one for cases from the District Court.
