The Indiana Bill of Costs is an official form used in the state of Indiana for filing legal costs associated with court proceedings. The form is used to itemize all costs incurred including filing fees, deposition costs, service fees, witness fees, and other expenses. There are three different types of Indiana Bill of Costs: Civil, Criminal, and Appellate. The Civil form is used to list costs associated with civil court proceedings, the Criminal form is used to list costs associated with criminal court proceedings, and the Appellate form is used to list costs associated with appeals court proceedings. All forms must be signed by an attorney and submitted to the Clerk of the Court.
