Illinois Additional Proof of Delivery (POD) is a form of proof of delivery used to document that goods have been delivered to the recipient and received in the condition specified. It is used in conjunction with a Certificate of Origin or other proof of delivery. There are two types of Illinois Pods: 1) standard form and 2) electronic form. The standard form requires a signature from the recipient and includes the date, time, and place of delivery. The electronic form is an electronic version of the standard form, which can be completed and submitted online. Both forms provide proof that the goods have been received in the condition specified.
