This form is used to certify that the IOWA requirements are being met in the case. The form is required when a child is being placed in foster care, adopted, or placed in a pre-adoptive home. There are two types of Illinois Continuation Orders and Determination as To The application of 25 USC 1901 Et Seq (Iowa): Initial Continuation Order and Determination and Continuation Order and Determination. The Initial Continuation Order and Determination must be signed by the court and the Department of Children and Family Services (CFS) prior to any placement of the child into foster care, adoption, or readoption. Both of these forms are important to ensure that the IOWA requirements are met.
