The Idaho Exhibit List (Judge Windmill) is a comprehensive listing of all the physical evidence and documents that are expected to be used in a trial or other court proceedings in the state of Idaho. The list includes all the items that must be provided to the court and opposing counsel before the trial can begin. It includes items such as photographs, video recordings, documents and other tangible evidence. There are two types of Exhibit Lists — Judge Winmill’s and the Local Rules Exhibit List. The Judge Windmill Exhibit List is the most commonly used in Idaho and is the list that is referred to in this description. The Local Rules Exhibit List is a supplement to Judge Windmill’s list and includes additional items that may be required by the local court.
