A Hawaii Statement of Change By Commercial Registered Agent is a document used to update the information on record with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (CCA) for a business entity. The statement is used to report changes such as a change of address, change of a Commercial Registered Agent, or change of directors/officers. There are two types of Hawaii Statement of Change By Commercial Registered Agent: One for Domestic Entities and one for Foreign Entities. The Domestic Entity Statement of Change requires the name of the entity, the address of the principal office, the names and addresses of the directors or officers, and the Commercial Registered Agent’s name and address. The Foreign Entity Statement of Change requires the name of the entity, the address of the principal office, the name and address of the Commercial Registered Agent, and any changes regarding the directors or officers of the entity.
