Hawaii Removal of Creditor or Party from Notice List (Request) is a form used to remove a creditor or other party from a notice list for a bankruptcy or other case in the state of Hawaii. This form may be used to ask the court to remove an incorrect name from the notice list and/or to request that a creditor or other party be removed from the notice list. There are two types of Hawaii Removal of Creditor or Party from Notice List (Request): 1) Request for Removal of Name from Notice List, and 2) Request for Removal of Creditor or Party from Notice List. Both forms must be completed and submitted to the court in order to be considered.
