Arizona Acceptance Of Service is a legal document that is used when a defendant or respondent in a civil case agrees to accept service of a summons and complaint, or any other document related to a civil case, without having to appear in court. This document is typically used in conjunction with Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 4.1. There are two types of Arizona Acceptance Of Service: a Voluntary Acceptance of Service and an Acceptance of Service by Agent. A Voluntary Acceptance of Service is used when the defendant or respondent voluntarily agrees to accept service of the summons and complaint. An Acceptance of Service by Agent is used when the defendant or respondent agrees to have an agent accept service of the summons and complaint on their behalf.
