Alaska Request for Extension on Visitor's Three Year Review is an application form used to extend the time allowed for visitors who are in Alaska for more than three years. This form is used to extend their stay for up to six years and must be submitted at least 90 days before the end of the current three-year period. The types of Alaska Request for Extension on Visitor's Three Year Review include: 1) Resident Alien Extension; 2) Student Extension; and 3) Employment Authorization Extension. The Resident Alien Extension is for those who are in Alaska as a permanent resident alien; the Student Extension is for students who wish to extend their stay in the state; and the Employment Authorization Extension is for those who have been authorized to work in Alaska. All applications must include supporting documents and evidence of the applicant’s intent to remain in Alaska for the extended period of time.
