Alaska Registered Agent Notice of Resignation is a legal document that is filed with the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (DICED) when an entity wishes to resign its registered agent. The notice must be signed by an officer of the entity and include the name of the current registered agent, the entity's name, and the date the entity is resigning its registered agent. There are two types of Alaska Registered Agent Notice of Resignation: (1) Domestic Entities Notice of Resignation of Registered Agent; and (2) Foreign Entities Notice of Resignation of Registered Agent. Both forms must be submitted to the DICED in order for the resignation to be accepted and the entity to have a new registered agent.
