Alaska Electronic Delivery of Case Documents (DCD) is an electronic filing system designed to provide litigants with online access to case documents. The DCD system allows users to securely view, print, and download court documents from any computer with internet access. Documents can be filed electronically or requested through the DCD system. The DCD system is available to all courts in Alaska except the Supreme Court. There are three types of Alaska Electronic Delivery of Case Documents: 1. Electronic Filing: Allows litigants to file case documents electronically. 2. Electronic Request: Allows litigants to request documents electronically. 3. Electronic Access: Allows litigants to access documents electronically.
