The aircraft charter agreement serves to determine when the flight will take place, where it will start and land, whether layovers will be necessary, as well as an estimated timeframe for the chartered flight. It also sets forth certain rules and regulations that the flight staff and passengers are required to follow.
WIthin the charter agreement, it will state which type of charter is being procured: a public charter, a special event tour, an affinity charter, or a single entity charter.
