Wyoming EC VSP 9. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Service is a document used in Wyoming to acknowledge and accept service of process from a court or administrative agency. The document is usually used when a party is served with a summons, complaint, or other court documents. This document contains the name of the party being served, the date and time of service, the identity of the person providing service, and the signature of the party being served. There are two types of Wyoming EC VSP 9. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Service: regular service and certified mail service. Regular service is when a process server personally delivers the documents to the party being served, while certified mail service is when the documents are mailed to the party being served with a return receipt requested.
