Wyoming CCR 10. Pretrial Disclosures are procedural rules that govern the exchange of information between the parties during the pretrial phase of a lawsuit. These rules are designed to provide the parties with an opportunity to obtain information from each other before trial in order to prepare their cases. The rules are particular to Wyoming and can be found in the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. There are two types of Wyoming CCR 10. Pretrial Disclosures: (1) General Pretrial Disclosures and (2) Expert Pretrial Disclosures. General Pretrial Disclosures require each party to provide information about witnesses, documents, and other relevant information that may be useful for trial. Expert Pretrial Disclosures require each party to disclose the names and contact information of any expert witnesses that will be used during trial.
