Wyoming TG MCM 11. Pretrial Disclosures are the disclosure requirements set forth in the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. The purpose of the disclosures is to provide the parties in a civil action with the necessary information to prepare for trial. The rules require both parties to disclose certain facts and documents to the other party. The specific items that must be disclosed include: all material facts known to the party, all documents relevant to the claim or defense, the names and addresses of potential witnesses, and all damage calculations. Additionally, parties must provide information on any experts they may use to testify at trial. The two types of Wyoming TG MCM 11. Pretrial Disclosures are Initial Disclosures and Supplemental Disclosures. Initial Disclosures must be made within 45 days of the service of the complaint or other initiating document. Supplemental Disclosures must be made within 10 days of learning of additional facts or documents. These disclosures are an important part of the civil litigation process and can greatly assist both parties in preparing for trial.
