Wyoming CCR 6. Initial Disclosures are the documents that are filed with the court at the beginning of a legal case in Wyoming. They provide information regarding the parties involved, their claims and defenses, any witnesses, and any documents that may be relevant to the case. There are two types of Wyoming CCR 6. Initial Disclosures: Plaintiff Initial Disclosures and Defendant Initial Disclosures. Plaintiff Initial Disclosures include the plaintiff’s claims, the facts that support the claims, the damages sought, and any witnesses and documents that the plaintiff believes are relevant to the case. Defendant Initial Disclosures include the defendant’s defenses, the facts that support the defenses, any counterclaims, and any witnesses and documents that the defendant believes are relevant to the case.
