Wyoming CAMP 8. Initial Disclosures are forms used by debtors and creditors in Wyoming to provide disclosure information about a loan or other financial transaction. These forms are used to provide information such as the name of the debtor, the name of the creditor, the amount of the loan, the type of loan, the terms and conditions of the loan, and the interest rate. Wyoming CAMP 8. Initial Disclosures also include a description of the collateral used to secure the loan, the date of the loan, and the date the loan must be paid off. There are two different types of Wyoming CAMP 8. Initial Disclosures: Consumer/Personal Loans and Business/Commercial Loans.
