Wyoming Schedule E/F: Creditors Who Have Unsecured Claims (non-individuals) is a form used in Wyoming bankruptcy proceedings to list all non-individual creditors who have unsecured claims against the debtor. It includes the name, address and phone number of each creditor, the amount and nature of the claim, whether it is a priority claim, and other information related to the claim. The debtor must list all creditors, including those that have not yet filed a claim. There are two types of Wyoming Schedule E/F: Creditors Who Have Unsecured Claims (non-individuals). Type 1 is used for creditors with non-priority claims, and Type 2 is used for creditors with priority claims.
