In Wyoming, an individual filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy must provide a list of creditors with the 20 largest unsecured claims against them who are not insiders. This list is known as the “List of Creditors Who Have the 20 Largest Unsecured Claims Against You Who Are Not Insiders.” This list is compiled and filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and must include the name, address, and amount of the twenty largest unsecured claims. This list must be filed within 15 days of the filing of the petition in bankruptcy. Creditors on the list may be individuals, corporations, or other entities. Unsecured claims are debts which are not backed by any form of collateral, such as a mortgage or lien. Insiders are individuals or entities that are closely related to the debtor, such as family members, business partners, employers, or creditors.
