Wyoming Schedule A/B: Property (Individuals) is a form used by Wyoming residents to report and pay their property taxes. The form is divided into two parts, A and B, each of which must be completed and submitted in order to pay the taxes due. Schedule A requirements' information about the taxpayer’s real property (land and buildings) and Schedule B requires information about the taxpayer’s personal property (vehicles, furniture, equipment and other tangible items). The form is then used to calculate the taxpayer’s total tax liability, which is then paid to the county treasurer. There are three main types of Wyoming Schedule A/B: Personal Property Tax Return, Real Property Tax Return, and Combined Real/Personal Property Tax Return.
