West Virginia Initial Notice Under WV Code Sec. 23-4-10(f) to Recipients of 104-Week Award Paid In Monthly Payments is a notification that must be provided to recipients of 104-week awards paid in monthly payments. This notification is required under the West Virginia Code Section 23-4-10(f). There are two types of West Virginia Initial Notice Under WV Code Sec. 23-4-10(f) to Recipients of 104-Week Award Paid In Monthly Payments: one for recipients who are receiving payments through direct deposit and one for recipients who are receiving payments by paper check.
