Washington Young Workers in Agriculture (WWA) is an organization that provides resources and support for young adults aged 18-35 who are involved in the agriculture and food system of Washington state. WWA provides education, advocacy, and professional development opportunities for young people in the agricultural and food system. There are two types of WWA programs: the Washington Young Farmers Network and the Washington Young Ranchers Network. The Washington Young Farmers Network provides resources and support to young farmers, food system professionals, and agricultural students, such as agricultural education resources, farmer-to-farmer networking, career opportunities, and advocacy. The Washington Young Ranchers Network provides resources and support to young ranchers, such as grazing management information, ranching advice, and advocacy. Both programs provide a platform for young people to engage in the agriculture and food system in Washington.
