This is a SAMPLE irrevocable Preneed Cemetery Merchandise and Services Master Trust Agreement. This Trust can be used when Cemetery Authority and Trustee wish to set forth the terms and conditions whereby all accumulated deposits hereafter deposited under this Trust Agreement and all accumulated appreciation and income.
