Description
This contract is between a rescuer and an individual who desires to adopt a dog. The contract details terms such as a non-refundable donation to the rescuer's fund, the agreement to spay or neuter the dog, to properly care for the dog including obtaining veterinary care, and other terms for the care of the dog. The adopting individual agrees not to abandon, give or sell the dog without prior approval. Remedies for breach of the agreement are enumerated in the agreement.
