Staffing and Temporary agencies are both part of a fast growing industry that provides jobs to over 16 million people every year. Agency Staffing Agreement is a document that defines the terms and conditions between an agency, often referred to as the "Staffing Agency", and a client, often referred to as the "hiring organization". These agreements are designed to facilitate the placement of temporary and/or permanent staff within the client's organization.
