There are two types of Texas Return-to-Work Reimbursement Program for Employers: the Permanent Partial Impairment (PPI) and the Non-Permanent Partial Impairment (PPI). The PPI program provides reimbursement for up to two years while the PPI program provides reimbursement for up to one year. The Texas Return-to-Work Reimbursement Program is funded by the Texas Department of Insurance and administered by the Texas Workforce Commission.
