This document must be completed and submitted by the athlete agent who wishes to represent a student athlete enrolled in any college or university located in Texas. The document includes information such as: full legal name, business address, contact information, education background, registration fees, and a background check. There are two types of Texas Application For Registration As An Athlete Agent: Initial Registration and Renewal Registration. The Initial Registration must be completed and submitted before the athlete agent can begin representing any student athlete. The Renewal Registration must be completed and submitted every two years in order to maintain the status as an athlete agent.
