The South Carolina Inventory and Appeasement SF — Continuation Sheet is a form used in South Carolina to provide an additional page for the inventory and appraisal of assets. It is typically used in conjunction with the South Carolina Inventory and Appraisal SF when the inventory or appraisal is too long to fit on one page. There are two types of South Carolina Inventory and Appeasement SF — Continuation Sheet: Form SCDP-I-001-F and Form SCDP-I-002-F. Form SCDP-I-001-F is used for the inventory and appraisal of real property, such as land, buildings, and fixtures. Form SCDP-I-002-F is used for the inventory and appraisal of personal property, such as vehicles, furniture, and tools. The South Carolina Inventory and Appeasement SF — Continuation Sheet must be completed by an appraiser and must include the appraised value of the assets, the name of the individual or entity responsible for the asset, and the date of the appraisal.
