The report must be completed by the guardian each year and must include the financial status of the guardianship, any changes in the ward's physical or mental condition, any changes in the guardian's residence, and any changes to the guardianship plan. The report must be filed with the Probate Court in the County where the guardianship was established. There are three types of South Carolina Annual Report of Guardian: Single Guardian Annual Report, Multiple Guardian Annual Report, and Annual Report for Termination of Guardianship.
