Rhode Island Application for Registration (Foreign LLC) is an application used to register a foreign limited liability company in Rhode Island. The application must be completed and filed with the Rhode Island Secretary of State in order to transact business in the state. It is a multi-page document that includes information about the LLC, its members, and its business activities. The application must include the LLC’s name, formation state, purpose, principal office address, registered agent information, and contact information. Foreign LCS must also provide additional information about their LCS, such as the names and addresses of all of their members, any other business activities that the LLC may engage in, and the name of the LLC’s organizer. Upon completion of the application, the filing fee must be paid in order to register the LLC with the state.
