Oregon State Correctional Institution (OSCI) ? p.m. DSU/Basic visits must be scheduled in advance by calling Laura Ellison at (503) 373-0173. You may reach Ms. Ellison Monday through Friday between a.m. and p.m. Please have the AIC's SID # readily available when calling to schedule a visit.

Basic visits can be scheduled for a.m., a.m., p.m., or p.m. (limited to 2 visitors per visit, 1-hour time slot, and once per week). Visitors MUST be on the AICs approved visitors list or the visit will be denied at the institution. Visit sessions will be approximately 2 hours long.

Dress conservatively. Footwear and undergarments MUST BE WORN. Inappropriate clothing includes suggestive, revealing, low-cut or skimpy clothing. Hats, wrap-around skirts, halter tops, sheer or see-through clothing are not allowed.

The review and approval process could take 4-6 weeks. Upon approval, the inmate is notified and it is his /her responsibility to notify you. If you are denied, a letter will be sent to you from the Visiting Office which will state the reason for your denial.

Before you can visit you must be placed on the inmate's approved visiting list. All Fields on the visitor request form must be complete. Incomplete forms will not be accepted or submitted. Once approved, a visitor can request a visitation appointment with an offender. Available dates and times will be listed for that offender and facility. The specified adult must be on the incarcerated person's approved visit list. In order to schedule a visit, everyone visiting must be on the offender's approved visitation list.
