There are two types of Oklahoma Change or Designation of Resident Agent and/or Registered Office and/or Principal Office: 1. Change of Resident Agent and/or Registered Office: This form is used to update the name and address of the resident agent and/or registered office of a business entity registered in the state of Oklahoma. 2. Change of Principal Office: This form is used to update the name and address of the principal office of a business entity registered in the state of Oklahoma.
