An Oklahoma Application to Proceed Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Non-Prisoner) is a form that can be used by individuals who are unable to pay court fees or costs in advance, in order to have their case heard. The application must be filled out by the individual and submitted to the court. It must include the individual’s financial information and signature in order to be processed. If approved, the individual will be allowed to proceed without having to pay any court fees or costs. There are two types of Oklahoma Application to Proceed Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Non-Prisoner): the "Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees and Costs (Non-Prisoner)" and the "Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees and Costs (Prisoner)." The former is for individuals who are not currently incarcerated, while the latter is for individuals who are currently in prison.
