Oklahoma Verdict Form- Prior Convictions Contested (Second Stage) is a form used in criminal proceedings in the state of Oklahoma. This form is used in the second stage of a criminal trial where a defendant is contesting prior convictions that were used to increase the sentence that they have been handed. This form is used to document the jury’s decision on the contested convictions and the prosecution’s objection. It also includes the verdicts for each of the contested prior convictions. There are two types of Oklahoma Verdict Form- Prior Convictions Contested (Second Stage): Verdict for Counts Contesting Prior Convictions and Verdict for Counts Not Contesting Prior Convictions.
