New York Sunday On-Premises Sales Permit-10/28/2016 is an authorization granted by the New York State Liquor Authority that allows businesses to sell alcoholic beverages on Sundays. This permit is valid for one year and can be used for the sale of beer, wine, and spirits in restaurants, taverns, bars, hotels, and certain other establishments. There are two types of New York Sunday On-Premises Sales Permit-10/28/2016: the Standard Permit and the Limited Permit.
