The Nevada Permanent Partial Disability Award Calculation Work Sheet is a tool used by the Nevada Division of Industrial Relations to calculate and assess the amount of benefits owed to an injured worker for a permanent partial disability. The work sheet calculates the award based on the employee’s wages at the time of injury, the average weekly wage in the state, the impairment rating, and any applicable offsets. The work sheet can be used to calculate the benefits for injuries to the body as a whole, the head, the neck, the back, the shoulder, the arm, the hand, the leg, the foot, and the face. There are two types of Nevada Permanent Partial Disability Award Calculation Work Sheet: one for injuries to the body as a whole, and one for injuries to any other body part.
