Nevada Divorce Answer & Counterclaim — No Kids is a legal document used in a divorce proceeding when one party files a complaint for divorce and the other party responds with an answer and counterclaim. The answer and counterclaim includes the responding party's response to each allegation made by the original complaint, as well as any claims for relief that the responding party may wish to make. There are two distinct types of Nevada Divorce Answer & Counterclaim — No Kids: the Joint Petition Answer & Counterclaim and the Answer & Counterclaim. The Joint Petition Answer & Counterclaim is filed when both parties agree on all the issues and want to proceed with an uncontested divorce. The Answer & Counterclaim is filed when the responding party does not agree with the allegations and/or wants to make counterclaims. The Answer & Counterclaim should include detailed information regarding the marital issues, as well as a response to each allegation and any counterclaims.
