Nevada Stipulation and Order — No Children is an agreement between two parties in a divorce or legal separation that states neither party shall have legal custody nor physical custody of any minor children. This agreement is usually used when a couple does not have any children, or if they have already agreed that neither will have custody of any minor children. There are two types of Nevada Stipulation and Order — No Children; a Temporary Stipulation and Order — No Children or a Final Stipulation and Order — No Children. A Temporary Stipulation and Order — No Children will be in effect until either party seeks a modification or until the Final Stipulation and Order — No Children is entered. A Final Stipulation and Order — No Children is a permanent agreement that cannot be changed, modified, or revoked.
