New Mexico Articles of Dissolution (Domestic LLC) is a document that is filed with the New Mexico Secretary of State to formally dissolve a Domestic Limited Liability Company (LLC). The Articles of Dissolution must include the LLC’s name, the LLC’s filing number, and the date of dissolution, as well as the signature of the LLC’s organizer or a member of the LLC. There are two types of New Mexico Articles of Dissolution (Domestic LLC): (1) Voluntary Dissolution, where the LLC has voluntarily chosen to dissolve and (2) Administrative Dissolution, which occurs when the LLC fails to pay its taxes or maintain a Registered Agent in the state.
